Privacy Policy

What we collect

Crewdash only collects information you explicitly provide via the reverse-audit intake form, email, or service engagement. This includes your name, business email, company information, and the CSV files you upload for analysis (missed-call logs, unbooked-job reports, or AR aging exports).

We use a single privacy-respecting analytics tool to count page views. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site cookies.

How we use your data

• CSV uploads are analyzed by our internal AI workflow to produce your free reverse-audit Loom video. The analysis happens in an isolated workspace.
• We send you one delivery email with the Loom link plus, at most, one follow-up email 7 days later. Unsubscribe at any time.
• We never sell or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data to train any model.

Data retention

We delete your uploaded data within 30 days of audit delivery unless you become a paying customer (in which case your data governance becomes part of the customer agreement).

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited to the founder and any direct employees on an audit-by-audit need-to-know basis.
