Overview

These terms govern your use of the Crewdash website (crewdash.xyz), the free reverse-audit, and any paid services. By using the site or submitting data, you agree to these terms.

The free reverse-audit

The reverse-audit is offered at no cost, with no obligation. You submit a CSV (missed-call log, unbooked-job report, or AR aging), we analyze it and return a 15-minute Loom video within 24-48 hours.

We deliver the audit on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific findings or commercial outcomes from a free audit.

Paid services

Paid engagements (30-day pilot, multi-shop retainer, integration tier) are governed by individual written agreements that supersede these public terms.

The 30-day paid pilot ($5-15K) includes an outcome guarantee — if the named outcome is not met within 30 days, the pilot fee is refunded.

Your data

Your data remains your property. See our Privacy Policy for full details on handling, retention, and deletion.

Intellectual property

All content on the Crewdash website (articles, frameworks, playbooks) is published for educational use. Quote it freely with attribution. Don’t republish wholesale without permission.

Limitation of liability

The free reverse-audit and any educational content are provided as-is. Crewdash’s liability for the free audit is limited to the amount you paid for it ($0).

Paid services have liability limits in their respective agreements.
